This is the Crystal Reel Award:

The new design of the Crystal Reel Award comes from the shapes and colors of the previous years, to encompass the shape and colors for the future.  Designed by the Metro Orlando Chapter CRA Committee, the Crystal Reel Award showcases the elegant lines blended with materials significant to the name of the award, itself... CRYSTAL.

The Award was first created in 1989 as a paper award.  Over the years it has morphed to plastic, wood and glass... but never to have been made from crystal.  The new design is now owned and will be copyrighted by FMPTA, so this will be a significant award within the industry, coveted by professionals everywhere.
